Who We Are
At Designer Blooms, we’re passionate about creating stunning landscapes and vibrant container gardens. From seasonal floral displays to lush perennial beds, tree and shrub plantings, and meticulous garden maintenance, we bring beauty to residential and commercial properties across the west metro area. Based in Minnetrista, we take pride in our creative designs, top-quality service, and strong community roots.

Who You Are
We’re looking for seasonal part-time and full-time team members to help us bring gardens to life! If you love working outdoors, getting your hands in the dirt, and making landscapes thrive, this could be the perfect role for you. Your main tasks will include:

🌱 Planting, weeding, and installing flowers, shrubs, and trees
💧 Watering, pruning, fertilizing, and managing pest control
🚜 Assisting with loading/unloading plant materials and tools
🏡 Supporting greenhouse operations and plant care

No formal experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training, but if you already have horticultural knowledge, that’s a huge plus.

What We’re Looking For
✔️ A passion for plants and outdoor work
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills when it comes to plant care
✔️ A valid driver’s license
✔️ Ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, walk, and bend for extended periods
✔️ Willingness to work in all weather conditions—sun, rain, or even a little snow!
